“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. Nelson Mandela
I feel this is a very apt statement because everyone spends golden years of student life where teachers mould the personality of a student with gracious hands.
St. Pius X English Medium High School plays a great role in changing society and its people in the sphere of academic, social, economic, emotional, moral, and physical development. Above all, it always keeps its doors open for all, irrespective of caste and creed, color and community, high and low, rich and poor. We strive to ignite the young minds and mould them as good citizens as well as good leaders.
What is the core of School Education?
First of all, it is not the time for specialization. It is time for shaping one’s character, forming good habits of studies, hard work, and finding out aptitudes.
Secondly, Education is an integral formation of an individual that is the holistic or all-around formation of the child, which enables him or her to become a person of good character, competence, conscience, and maturity. Therefore the parents should be very attentive to know that the education is not perceptivity but activity, not impression but the expression, not learning but thinking, not knowledge but power.
The third important point is discipline. Disciplined children are assets to the family. Discipline is the training of children to proper orderly and acceptable behavior. If the children are well disciplined, their achievements will be great and they will make their lives a resounding success.
So it is the duty of the parents and teachers to mould the children into spiritually inspired, morally upright, socially committed, and intellectually competent citizens of a country.
God bless you all!
